Damaged products may be returned within 30 days of purchase date, with all original pieces, in exchange for the repaired product or a gift voucher only. Since some of our jewelry and accessories are handmade one-of-a-kind pieces, occasionally beads and gemstones may be out of stock in order to replace the damaged product for a new one
